SERVICES
We offer precision CNC punching, cutting, folding and bending of ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metals.  We can handle sheet up to a maximum of 4.0m x 1.5m and a thickness of 6mm.
We use the latest CAD Design/Drawing software or we are quite happy to work from your drawings.

As part of our bespoke precision fabrication facility we also offer

· Spot Welding

· Stud Welding

· Sub-assembly

· Installation

· Work with customers own specialist materiel (e.g. aviation grade aluminium)

 

The recent installation of a Salvagnini panel bender adds further to the range of services offered by Dale Sheetmetal.  With full computer control this machine is ideally suited to mass production and compliments the existing CNC punching and laser cutting operations to produce items to a high quality and uniformity with small tolerances.  Because the Salvagnini is easily programmable it is also equally comfortable doing one off or small batch production runs.  The panel bender can accommodate sheet sizes up to approximately 2.0m x 1.5m x 0.9mm thick in aluminium, stainless, galvanised and mild steel.
