Laser Cutting

With two fibre Lasers at our disposal a 6kw Prima and a 3kw Bystronic we have the capability to cut parts up to 3.0m x 1.5m x 20mm thick in stainless, 25mm thick mild steel, and up to 20mm in aluminium.

A large stock of material in different thicknesses can enable us to offer quick turnaround times. We can offer high speed cutting on thin gauge laser cutting jobs as well as thicker profiles this enables us to offer a variety of cost-effective laser cutting services including sheet, plate and limited box section to customers nationwide, whether it’s for small components or large batch orders.

Press Break
(Metal Forming)

Our press brake cell is comprised of 11 highly efficient CNC press brake machines, including Bystronic 4m x 225 tonne x2, Prima 1336 3.6m, Prima 2050 x3, Trumpf 3100, Coast C9, Bystronic 3100 x 3.

Press braking is an extremely useful production technique and with a huge range of tooling on offer we can fold thin or thick material to intricate profiles and shapes repeatedly, this has wide-ranging applications for various industries, from architectural and construction to engineering and transport.

Welding

Our welding services include MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Spot Welding, Stud Welding, Sub-assembly and Installation.

Salvagnini P2 Panel bender

Our CNC controlled Salvagnini panel bender has 64 segmented tools, maximum finished part length of 1950mm, minimum bend size of 4mm, capable of radius bending, an average of 17 bends per minute. Bending with a Salvagnini ensures panel after panel you get the same results.

Powder Coating

Our highly skilled, in-house powder coating team has many years’ experience in the powder coating industry and a proud reputation for quality and service. We use first-class products and have an extensive range of colours in stock, which all meet stringent manufacturing, quality and safety standards. We have a 6m x 2m x 2m oven and spray booth to accommodate a large scope of parts.

Product Manufacture

Do you have a requirement for a bespoke product? We manufacture a variety of products including insulated doors, balconies, staircases, platforms, barriers, panels and gates. Get in touch for more information about the process.

Punching

We also have 2 servo electric Prima punches that can cut a variety of materials with a maximum sheet size of 3000 x 1500. Some of the benefits of punching are we can use certain tools to do the following:
• Louvre • Perforate • Form (to then be tapped if required)
With punching we can also punch plastics as well as metals, we offer the following cutting but not limited to:
• Stainless steel • Mild steel • Aluminium • Laminate • Plastic • Brass

Guillotine

We have the capability to guillotine up to 6mm material up to 4m long.

Fabrication

We can produce a wide range of metal fabricated structures for many types of industries. We undertake projects large and small and are happy to provide quotations for specialised single products or batch orders. We have full welding set ups for MIG, TIG and Stick welding.
